Our standard-capacity pizza production line includes all the essential equipment needed for streamlined, high-quality pizza manufacturing:

Production Process:

  1. Dough Mixing: The spiral dough mixer blends ingredients to form consistent dough (available in capacities from 25–125 kg).
  2. Dough Dividing: The divider cuts the dough into even portions (adjustable from 30–180 g).
  3. Rolling: The pizza roller shapes each dough portion into round pizza bases.
  4. Tray Loading: Place the pizza bases onto baking pans.
  5. Fermentation: Insert the pans into the proofer cabinet to ferment the dough to perfection.
  6. Baking: Once fermentation is complete, bake the pizzas in the conveyor oven for uniform and efficient results.

We also offer automatic pizza molding machines for faster, high-volume production.
