Production Process Overview:

  1. Spiral Dough Mixer – Available in various capacities ranging from 25 to 125 kg.
  2. Dough Sheeter – Laminates the dough by folding it with butter to create multiple layers.
  3. Croissant Cutting Machine – Cuts dough into triangular shapes (custom sizes available upon request).
  4. Croissant Rolling Machine – Rolls the triangular dough pieces into croissants.
  5. Tray Loading – Place the croissants on baking trays.
  6. Trolley Loading – Stack trays on the baking trolley until full.
  7. Fermentation Room – Move the trolley into the fermentation room for proofing.
  8. Rotary Oven – After fermentation, transfer the trolley into the oven for baking.

We also offer a fully automatic croissant line for high-volume production and a small-scale line with manual cutting options to suit different needs.
